NestCare provides repair and maintenance services for a wide range of home appliances, including but not limited to washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, air coolers, televisions, ovens, air purifiers, and water purifiers. Our services are currently available in all over Odisha.
We reserve the right to decline services for appliances or issues outside our expertise.
Service appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly at 9114244098.
Once a booking is confirmed, our team will schedule a service visit within 48 hours, except during high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated promptly.
We strive to adhere to scheduled timings; however, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays, which will be communicated promptly.
Pricing for services will be communicated upfront during the booking process. Additional charges, if any, will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment is to be made upon completion of the service via cash, online transfer, or other available payment methods.
Taxes, if applicable, will be included in the final invoice.
We use genuine parts for all repairs to ensure quality and durability.
A service warranty is provided for specific repairs, details of which will be communicated upon completion of the service.
Warranty claims will not be applicable in cases of misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs post-service.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance by calling 9114244098.
In case of cancellation within the 24-hour period, a nominal charge may apply.
NestCare will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or incorrect usage of the appliance.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We ensure the use of genuine parts for all repairs to maintain appliance efficiency and longevity. Warranty coverage for parts will depend on the manufacturer’s terms.

We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
